Dreamweaver is not a freeware software but you can use it's trial version for a period of time. You can download Dreamweaver from this page.
You will see some video tutorials at the following pages. I prepared these tutorials with Dreamweaver CS4. I have used Dreamweaver MX and Dreamweaver CS3 until now and their interfaces are almost the same. I have never tried CS5 version but I dont think it has different interface. Shortly, you can use any version of Dreamweaver.
Download Dreamweaver software and install it and then we will have a look at Website Templates.
