Download SMF Files
I used SMF v2.0 to prepare this section of my website. If you want to use the same version, you can download it from here. A newer version of Joomla may be available at the official website of SMF. You can check whether newer version is available at official SMF website and download it if you want.
After file is downloaded, right click the rar file and extract it inside a folder. The folder that you extracted SMF files is called Root folder. Here is an example of SMF root folder:
